Parts, internal batteries, labor and travel costs areincluded. On-Site Service from CPCS is available in three different configurations that allow thecustomer to determine how quickly CPCS will arrive on-site. Next Business Day is the standard On-Site offering.CPCS offers One Year Next Day and 4-Hour On-Site response upgrades including weekends andholidays. (Not available in all locations. Please consult with your local CPCS representative forcoverage in your area).

If there is a need for additional support, our Experts provide advanced troubleshooting and on-site service dispatch to solve the problem, minimizing business interruptions and decreasing mean time to repair (MTTR). Proper disposal of old equipment:- Schneider Electric provides proper disposal or recycling of old equipment to help support your own sustainability goals.

This service offering includes parts, internal batteries (if applicable), labor and travel. The On-Site Service from APC is available in three different configurations that allow the customer to determine how quickly APC should arrive on site for an unscheduled visit or emergency situation:1-Year Next Day On-Site Service- If deemed necessary, APC will provide authorized personnel on site next day, includingweekends and holidays1-Year Next Business Day On-Site Service- If deemed necessary, APC will provide authorized personnel on site next business day.
