The right tool to quickly test proper LAN operation after completing a move, add or change (MAC)The Pinger Plus is a unique handheld tester used for installing and maintaining computer Local Area Networks (LANs) running the TCP/IP protocol. It uses the powerful PING function at either 10 or 100 Mbps to verify connectivity, to check transmitted and received data integrity, to indicate network traffic loading by measuring round trip time, and to provide the MAC address of an IP address and warn when the default gateway cannot be located. The Pinger Plus can PING using variable packet sizes and up to 99 times consecutively. In addition, PING can be performed for a single IP address, or a range of IP addresses. The Pinger Plus also identifies reversed polarity for improperly connected wire pairs, and provides a port ID feature with selectable blink rates to identify to which port on a hub or switch the wall outlet is connected. This is the first handheld tester to provide gigabit over copper link detection. When connected to a hub, switch or NIC, the Pinger Plus displays the speed (10/100/1000 Mbps) and duplex mode (half or full) capabilities of the equipment. The Pinger Plus is an ideal tool for quickly testing proper LAN operation after completing a move, add or change (MAC). Trouble calls are easily handled by verifying link connection and running the comprehensive PING test. Resolve internet connectivity issues with the DHCP client mode that ensures a DHCP server is available and displays IP address assignment. Remote office support can be provided by connecting the Pinger Plus to the LAN at the remote office trouble point, and PINGing the tester over the internet.- PINGs at full 10/100 auto-negotiate speeds.- PINGs a single, a list, or a range of IP addresses.- Identifies 10/100/1000Base-TX link signals.- Stores up to 8 preprogrammed profiles that include Pinger Plus IP address, gateway address and 1 - 8 destination IP addresses that can be PINGed individually or successively.- Verifies LAN operation at a remote location over the internet.- Displays the MAC address for a tested IP address.- Provides port identification function (link light activation).- Identifies wire pair connections with reversed polarity.- DHCP client capability verifies DHCP server functioning and correct IP addresses are being provided.- Web browser interface for unit setup and software upgrade.- Alphanumeric keyboard for easy IP address entry.
A Refreshing Take on Network ManagementThe D-Link DNH-100 Wireless Controller is a centralized wireless LAN manager developed specifically for our Nuclias Connect management solution and is suitable for small to medium-sized business (SMB) IT infrastructure. It comes preloaded with Nuclias Connect network management software, which is a key asset for businesses where IT skills are limited by financial or other constraints.Tasks can be centralized and automated, meaning the DNH-100 is highly suited for remote deployment where either dedicated onsite staff are unavailable, or servers, PCs and other devices that can run the software might not be viable.Better-Than-Expected Performance at a Smaller-Than-Expected PriceThe DNH-100 is unbeatable value for money, delivering real value at a lower-than-expected price. Its backwards compatibility with a variety of legacy AP’s means no need to unnecessarily replace older but still functioning hardware, better for your wallet and the planet. With the ability to support up to 100 APs and a variety of business tools including Captive Portal, Payment Gateway Integration and Front Desk Ticket Management. Accordingly, all these top-notch capabilities can all be centralized thanks to the Nuclias Connect management software to reduce admin cost and fulfil most of SMBs networking and day-to-day demands.Big Things Come in Small PackagesDespite its modest size, the DNH-100 offers the same Nuclias Connect management functionality of a larger device. With a 1000Base-T Ethernet port, a USB 3.0 port, a Micro SD slot as well as support for IEEE 802.3ab/u/x, it’s fully equipped for all occasions. Furthermore, manage up to 100 APs at one time, create and configure AP profiles, multiple SSID settings, access control, VLANs, time-based rules, bandwidth and performance. Control ranges from all-encompassing down to a single AP, so that fine-tuning your network via the connect software is effortlessly simple.A Network That Can Look Out for ItselfThe DNH-100 features self-organizing and self-optimizing capabilities such as interval-based radio scanning and analysis, self-management of radio frequency, as well as L2/L3 AP discovery and output power. Combined with other self-healing capabilities, it can maintain stability and continue operating at optimal levels even during peak usage times, so you can rest assured users are getting the best service possible. An End to an Endless Number of AccountsNuclias Connect enables an extensive understanding of your network and its users through traffic analytics and status reports, which can be viewed at a glance. The Tone Generator is a highly practical network installation and troubleshooting tool which features a single or multi-tone signal, two test leads and a 4-conductor modular cable. The signal emitted by the Tone Generator can be easily traced by the Probe, even when cables are in a bundle or hidden in a mess of punch down blocks or wall plates. The Tone Generator and Probe can be used to verify cable continuity, identify wiring faults, determine line polarity and voltage in network (Cat 5 and Coax) and modular telephone lines. The Probe is equipped with a tone amplifier and an LED indicator that detects audible frequency tones for accurate tracing and identification of wires.
The Intellinet Network Solutions 5-in-1 Cable Tester is an affordable and versatile MIS tool that tests five common LAN and computer cables up to 600 ft. long: Ethernet (RJ45), 10Base, RJ11, FireWire (1394) and USB. It checks for continuity, crossover and shorting. Testing is completed with the press of a button, and LEDs indicate connections and faults of wires and pins. Designed for use with both shielded (STP) and unshielded (UTP) cables up to 180 m (600 ft.) long.
