This Supermicro Storage server SSG-640P-E1CR24H is with expander backplane supporting 24 hot-swap SAS and SATA drives. With optional components also 4 NVMe drives are supported. On rear panel is additional 2 hot-swap SATA drive bays. The server includes Broadcom 3908 SAS 12Gb/s controller card what has 8GB cache (CacheVault option is available) and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. The server has also external JBOD expansion ports. On board dual 10Gb/s Intel Ethernet Controller X550 (2x RJ45) and dedicated RJ45 port for IPMI 2.0 remote management with KVM and remote virtual media mount. The power supplies energy efficiency are 80 PLUS Titanium Level. The server will be delivered with a rackmount rail kit.
