The Juniper QFX5110-FANAFI is a high performance cooling module designed specifically for the QFX5110 series of Ethernet switches. This Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) features an Airflow In (AFI) configuration, also known as FRU to Port airflow or back to front cooling. It is engineered to draw cool air from the fan side of the chassis and exhaust it through the port side, making it ideal for data center deployments where the switch ports face the hot aisle. The module is identified by an Azure Blue handle, allowing technicians to quickly verify airflow direction and prevent thermal mismatching within the rack.
